Financial institutions should complete this application/agreement during the 2010-2012 biennium to become eligible for deposit of public funds.

Trustee Agreement
Financial institutions should complete this agreement for securities held as collateral by an eligible trustee.  This agreement is between the financial institution, the trustee and the Ohio Treasurer.

Note: A list of eligible trustees may be obtained from the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Financial Institutions.
