Boyce encourages financial institutions to submit applications to accept public moneys, including active and interim deposits, during the 2010-2012 biennium. Depository Application/Agreement for Deposit of Public Funds
Financial institutions should complete this application/agreement during the 2010-2012 biennium to become eligible for deposit of public funds.
Trustee Agreement
Financial institutions should complete this agreement for securities held as collateral by an eligible trustee. This agreement is between the financial institution, the trustee and the Ohio Treasurer.
Note: Eligible trustees can be obtained from the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Financial Institutions.
FHLB Trustee Agreement
Financial institutions should complete this agreement for securities held as collateral by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (FHLB). This agreement is between the financial institution, the FHLB as trustee and the Ohio Treasurer.
