COLUMBUS- The Ohio Board of Deposit will convene its monthly meeting on Monday, March 15, 2010, in the Ohio State Treasurer’s Office. The meeting is slated to begin at 10:00 a.m.
 
The Board of Deposit is responsible for designating eligible financial institutions and banks as public depositories in addition to regulating the deposits of state moneys. The committee supervises the payment of required banking and trust service fees to protect all the investments in the state’s portfolio. 
 
Ohio Treasurer of State Kevin L. Boyce is the Chairman of the Board of Deposit. Other committee members include the Auditor of State and the Attorney General.
