On Monday, March 15, 2010, the Ohio Board of Deposit (“BOD”) shall meet for the purpose of designating the active deposits of the public moneys of the State of Ohio, and such meeting or any adjourned session thereof shall designate such public moneys for the period of two years commencing on July 5, 2010.

The Request for Proposal for Banking Services will be made available on the State Treasurer’s website at www.ohiotreasurer.gov on Tuesday, January 5, 2010.  Responses to the Request for Proposal for Banking Services shall be received by Ohio Treasurer of State Kevin L. Boyce no later than Tuesday, February 16, 2010.  All responses are to be in accordance with Ohio Revised Code, Chapter 135 and submitted to:  Kevin L. Boyce, Chairman, Ohio Board of Deposit, 30 East Broad Street, 9th Floor, Columbus, OH  43215-3461.
