The Ohio Treasury's Center for Public Investment Management (CPIM) Academy content focuses on prudent investment strategies and risk management, offering fundamental and advanced courses for new and experienced public funds managers, to better meet the diverse educational needs of the state’s local government finance officers (county, municipal, and school treasurers; fiscal officers of other government subdivisions including townships, villages, public libraries, airport authorities, soil and water conservation districts, etc.).
Basic level courses are designed to deliver the foundational building blocks of investments and cash management, while advanced level courses highlight complex topics at a more in-depth level.
